This is my highlight! I was on cloud nine! Kenny asked "who's dirty droid is this?" I told him it was min and I politely asked if he could pose with my R2 and he said "I'd be happy to..." So I pulled R2 out and snapped a couple of pix. I have meet and talked with Kenny at a couple of shows before, Kenny Baker is a really great person and we talked quite a bit at the Orlando FX show. I could have packed up and gone home after this shot! :)
I was pushing R2 back to the builders room (again!) from the main hall and Richard Le Parmentier (Admiral Motti) yelled at me from the bar to bring R2 in so he could take some pictures with his own photographer/friend. The drink he is holding is Kenny Bakers favorite. We had a good chat about the movies and Kenny (they are good friends). A real nice chap! This was about 2:00 PM on the last day of the Con so I told him I had to get back to the Builders Room fairly quick. Wish I could have spent more time with him, he very nice to talk to.
And of course... slave Leia Cristy! What a sweet girl she was. I consider her to be THE Slave Leia!
